CINNAMON ROLL
INGREDIENTS

1 CUP FRESH MILK RM TEMP
3 CUPS APF
1/2 CUP WARM WATER
1/2 CUP OIL
1/4 CUP SUGAR
1 1/2 T YEAST
1 T BAKING POWDER
SALT
SIFT ALL DRY ING THEN MIX WITH THE LIQUID. MASAHIN NG MABUTI AT PABILUGIN. TAKPAN NG DAMP CLOTH AND LEAVE FOR 30 MINS OR TILL DOUBLE ITS SIZE.
*FILLING
1/4 CUP MELTED BUTTER
1 T CINNAMON POWDER
1 T COCOA POWDER
1 CUP POWDERED SUGAR
(MIX IT ALL LIKE A PASTE. SET ASIDE)
*GLAZE
1/2 CUP ALL PURPOSE CREAM
1/2 CUP ICING SUGAR 
( LOW HEAT TILL WELL MIX) SET ASIDE

IF THE DOUGH IS READY. 
PREHEAT THE OVEN 175 DEG CELCIUS

FLAT MO UNG DOUGH INTO RECTANGLE 1/4" THIN. SPREAD THE FILLING THEN ROLL LIKE A LOG. SLICE 1" OR THE WAY U WANT. 
ILAGAY SA BAKING DISH OR MUFFIN TIN. COVER WITH PLASTIC FOR 10 MINS THEN BAKE IT FOR 18-20 MINS. 
REMOVE FROM THE OVEN THEN POUR THE GLAZE.. SERVE WARM
