CREME CARAMEL
INGREDIENTS
2 1/2 cups fresh milk1 can 397 condensed milk1/2 cup sugar8 eggs beaten1 1/2 tsp vanilla essenceCARAMEL1 1/2 cup white sugar1/2 cup water
PROCEDUREBring to boil the sugar, milk and condensed milk stir till completely dissolved.
Remove from the heat. Stir in the hot milk to the beaten eggs then the vanilla essence. Mix wellPRepare the CARAMELLow heat,
melt the sugar till lightly brown the add the water. Stirring till it caramelized.*Pour the hot caramel into the moulder or custard cups.
Pour the cream mixture over the caramel.
Place moulder in a roasting pan which has enough water to come halfway up the side of the moulder.Bake in preheated oven 150 deg celcius for 40-45 mins.
Let it cool and chill. Turn over and serve..
