Vanilla cupcake with chocolate ganache
2 cups all purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup white sugar
2 eggs
1 cup fresh milk
1 tsp vanilla essence.
Procedure
Preheat oven 175 deg celcius
Cream butter and sugar till fluffy using electric mixer, beat in eggs one at a time.
Add flour ( mix with baking Powder and salt) alternating with milk beat well... stir in vanilla
Pour on baking tin cups and bake for 20-25 mins.
Chocolate ganache
chocolate bar rm temp
Double cream
Preparation
Heat the cream then pour on chocoLate, let stay for 1 min then stir.. cool ad pour on baked cupcakes
